Shipping Policy
Processing
- Orders start processing after payment confirmation and after shop order period closes.
- Processing time: 5-13 business days. This does not include shipping time.
Shipping
- Priority Mail (Domestic USA Shipping) = 1-3 business days
- Ground Advantage (Domestic USA Shipping) = 2-5 business days
- International shipping time varies based on destination.
- Delays may be likely during holidays and busy seasons.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view this cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
- After order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the shipping date and tracking information.
Important Notes
1. Addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed. Please double check your address before placing an order. We are not responsible for issues related to customer input of incorrect addresses. If an order's address is incorrect and the package is returned to us, we will send you an invoice for re-shipping and send it to the correct address once the invoice is paid.
2. Shipping times are to be used as a guide. We do not take responsibility for delays due to customs or other reasons.
3. Orders will be shipped on business days: Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
4. Customers are responsible for all customs/duty fees for international shipping.
5. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We are only responsible for your order until it gets handed over to the postal service.
Refund Policy
1. Orders cannot be refunded after the first 24 hours have passed after placing the order.
2. If a cancellation is still needed (with acknowledgement of no refund) after the 24 hour period has passed, please contact our email: sourberrydesigns@gmail.com
3. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to our standards of sanitation as we cannot resell the product. If you have an issue such as receiving damaged/defective product, or receiving the wrong item, please contact sourberrydesigns@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your product.
4. We are not responsible if the sizes you ordered do not fit, and the product sent matches the online order. Because of this rule, please double check your order and measurements or order a sizing kit from us first to ensure a perfect fit.
